MINBIRR Engineering provides IT engineering services: systems and infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, cloud, the design of websites and web solutions, website maintenance and hosting follow-up, business e-mail and domain names, search engine optimisation and online visibility, artificial intelligence (conversational agents and automation). The services are aimed exclusively at professional clients, in France and abroad.
4. Intellectual property
All the content on this site (text, graphic elements, code, structure) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the publisher, is prohibited.
The Montserrat and Barlow typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License and served from this domain.
5. Liability
The publisher strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, without any guarantee of completeness. The publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the site or from a technical unavailability. Links to third-party services (notably WhatsApp) are provided for your convenience; the publisher has no control over these services and disclaims all liability for their content.
6. Personal data
This is a showcase site: it sets no cookies, uses no trackers or analytics, and collects no browsing data beyond the host’s technical logs (IP address, kept for security purposes for a limited period).
Contact form. The form on the home page collects your name, your email address and your message. Your IP address is also included, in plain text, in the message sent to the publisher; in a hashed (non-readable) form, it is also used to limit automated submissions (anti-spam).
- Purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a possible contractual relationship.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and the publisher’s legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the form (art. 6.1.f).
- Recipients: the publisher only. Messages pass through the email service hosted at o2switch (see §2). No data is shared with third parties.
- Retention period: 12 months from the last exchange, then deletion. Anti-spam counters (hashed IP address and submission times) are no longer taken into account after 10 minutes; they are then erased by automatic clean-ups randomly triggered by later submissions of the form.
If you contact us by WhatsApp or by phone, the data transmitted is used solely to reply to your enquiry. Under the GDPR and the French "Informatique et Libertés" Act, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr). MINBIRR Engineering’s services are aimed exclusively at a professional clientele. The consumer mediation scheme, reserved for disputes with consumers, does not apply to these services.
