GOOGLE PROFILE · CLIENT REVIEWS

Google Business Profile. Accurate, complete and carefully maintained.

On Google Maps, your profile is often what a client sees before your website: your name, opening hours, photos, reviews and a button to call. I create it or take it over, complete it with accurate information and help you reply to your reviews methodically.

01 / SETUP Create the profile, or take back control of it.

I create your Google Business Profile, or take over the one that already exists: a profile opened by a former provider, lost access, a duplicate, outdated details. The profile stays in your name, linked to your own Google account.

Verification is decided by Google, which chooses the method and the timing. I prepare the information and guide you through each step, without being able to speed it up.

02 / THE DETAILS Categories, area, hours: details matter.

The primary category must describe your trade as precisely as possible; secondary categories only cover what you actually do. The name stays your business name, with no added keywords: Google forbids it and may suspend the profile.

If you travel to your clients and do not receive them on site, I set a service area and your address stays hidden. Opening hours are kept up to date, including special closures and bank holidays, so no client finds the door shut.

03 / PHOTOS AND POSTS Show the real work.

A profile is also judged by its images. I use real photos: your jobs, your workshop or shop, your vehicles, your team. No stock image presented as yours.

Posts are for announcing a recent job, something new or a closure period. I suggest a realistic pace that you can keep up over time.

04 / REVIEWS Ask, read, reply.

Reviews are requested simply, from every client, with a direct link or a QR code to your review page. I do not filter clients to ask only the happiest ones: Google forbids it, and a natural review history inspires more trust.

Every review gets a reply, positive or negative, calm and factual: your future clients read it. A review that breaks Google’s rules can be reported; its removal remains Google’s decision.

05 / CONSISTENCY The profile, the website and local SEO.

The same name, address and phone number must appear on the profile, on your website and in directories. The profile links to the most useful page of your website, and the website links back to the profile.

The profile is one part of local SEO, alongside town pages and directories. In the GBM PRO and Burotri website redesigns (the latter as a private preview), the Google reviews shown on the website were kept.

06 / WHAT IS CHECKED The points I check.

  • Ownership of and access to the profile
  • Exact name, with no added keywords
  • Primary and secondary categories
  • Address or service area
  • Regular and special opening hours
  • Services, description and website link
  • Real, up-to-date photos
  • Review requests and replies
  • Same name, address and phone everywhere

07 / WHAT I REFUSE TO DO An honest profile, or nothing.

I do not write fake reviews, buy them or swap them. I do not invent an address, premises or a category that does not match your business.

I do not promise a position on Google Maps: nobody controls Google’s ranking. I work on what is within your control: an accurate, complete, well-maintained profile.

Your questions.

Can you guarantee the top spot on Google Maps?

No. Ranking is decided by Google, based notably on the relevance of the profile, the distance from the person searching and how well known the business is. I take care of what is within your control.

How long does profile verification take?

That depends on Google: the method and timing vary from one profile to another. I guide you through each step, without being able to speed it up.

Who owns the profile?

You do. The profile is linked to your own Google account. I work with manager access, which you can remove at any time.

Can a negative review be removed?

You cannot remove it yourself. If it breaks Google’s rules, it can be reported, and Google decides. Otherwise, a calm and precise reply remains the best option.

Can you write or buy reviews for me?

No. Fake reviews are forbidden by Google and expose the profile to penalties. In France, publishing fake reviews is also a misleading commercial practice.
