ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE · AGENTS & AUTOMATION

AI for your business. Where it can save you time.

I set up assistants and automations for repetitive tasks: answering common questions, confirming an order, summarising a document, connecting your tools. Every project starts from a specific need, and a person stays in charge of the decisions.

01 / TWO APPROACHES Conversation or automation.

02 / PRACTICAL USES What AI can take off your hands.

A few common uses for a business or a freelancer. Each one is adapted to your activity, and nothing goes live without your approval.

  • An assistant on your website

A chat window that answers frequent questions from the information you give it, points visitors to the right page and collects their request when a person is needed.

  • WhatsApp and email replies

Suggested replies to everyday messages, ready to review and send, or automatic replies kept to simple questions, depending on what your accounts allow.

  • Order confirmation

Checking that an order or a booking contains the information needed, sending the customer a summary and flagging to you what is missing or out of the ordinary.

  • Document summaries

Contracts, meeting notes, long email threads: a summary of the key points so you can get to the essentials. The original document remains the reference, and the summary gets reviewed.

  • Integration with your tools

Calendar, spreadsheet, messaging, customer tracking tool: AI connects to what you already use, when those tools allow it, rather than adding yet another one.

  • Another task eating up your time?

Describe it in a few lines. I will tell you honestly whether AI is a good answer, or whether a simpler solution will do.

    Describe the task

03 / THE METHOD Four steps before anything goes live.

A poorly scoped AI tool creates more work than it removes. So I move forward step by step, with you.

  1. Scope

The target task, what the tool will and will not do, when it must hand over, and how to judge whether it is useful.

  2. Protect the data

Only the data that is needed, GDPR rules taken into account, restricted access and your customers informed.

  3. Try on a small scale

A limited trial, on a narrow scope and with your real cases, to check the answers before going further.

  4. Keep a person in charge

Important decisions, unusual cases and complaints stay with a person. The tool prepares, you approve.

04 / USEFUL AND HONEST Useful AI, no magic promises.

AI is good at reading, sorting, summarising and writing a first draft. It can also make mistakes or misread a request. So I use it where an error stays visible and easy to fix, with a person to check.

I don’t promise figures or guaranteed results: the limited trial is there to show what the tool actually brings to your business.

05 / HOW I WORK Mastery of the tool.

  • Security by design: a cybersecurity engineer by training, I restrict each tool’s access to what it strictly needs
  • Your tools, in your name: accounts for the services used are opened in your name, so you stay in control of them
  • Choices explained simply: what the tool does, its limits and how to switch it off are documented
  • One point of contact: the same person scopes, sets up and looks after the tool, alongside your website and your visibility

Your questions.

What is the difference between an AI agent and an automation?

An AI agent holds a conversation: it understands a freely written request, then answers or hands over. An automation chains defined steps between your tools, often without any conversation; AI is used there to read, sort or summarise.

Do I need technical skills to use these tools?

No. I set the tool up, explain how it works and leave you documentation. You use it day to day without having to program it.

Can AI make mistakes?

Yes. It can misunderstand a request or give an inaccurate answer. That is why I limit its role, plan a handover to a person and keep human approval for important decisions.

What happens to my customers’ data?

I go through it with you at the scoping stage: which data is needed, where it is processed and how long it is kept. The principle is to use the minimum, taking the GDPR into account, and to inform your customers.

Does AI replace a person?

No. The aim is to free you from repetitive tasks. Sensitive conversations, complaints and decisions stay in your hands.

Where should I start?

With one specific task that takes up your time every week. A limited trial shows whether it suits AI before going further.
